Procedures

1. An Expression of Interest for enrolment form to be completed

2. Only complete the expression of interest form if you and your child are happy to sign and follow the school policies below:

a. Enrolment Agreement Policy
b. Parent Code of Conduct
c. Student Code of Conduct
d. Other Enrolment Policies

3. Complete and return the Enrolment Form emailed to you by the school with the following documents required:

– Birth Certificate
– Baptism Certificate
– Immunisation Certificate
– 4 Year-Old Health Check
– Visa and Passport (if applicable)
– Health Care Card (if applicable)
– Medical or special needs documentation (if applicable)
– Any court orders that may be in place regarding your child
– Reports from previous schools (if transferring)

4. An interview time will be made with Principal and Deputy Principal.

5. If your child is accepted for enrolment, the school will forward a Letter of Acceptance.
