- Each Prep child comes to school for familiarisation sessions in October and November of the year prior to starting school.
- The children also attend an orientation day with their whole class and teacher in December.
- A parent information session is held informing parents about Sacred Heart and providing parents with the opportunity to ask questions and meet teachers.
