The following documents will need to be provided prior to the enrolment interview:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptism Certificate
- Immunisation Certificate
- 4 Year-Old Health Check
- Visa and Passport (if applicable)
- Health Care Card (if applicable)
- Medical or special needs documentation (if applicable)
- Any court orders that may be in place regarding your child
- Reports from previous schools (if transferring)
